Shipping Info

All items will be sent by Australia Post – Parcel Post, with tracking.

International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Mail. International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.

Delivery Times

We do try our very best to get items to you as quickly as we can. Items will be dispatched within 5 – 7 business days.

Dispatch times for fabric is up to 7 business days.

Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for changes of mind so please make your selection carefully.

Refunds are only available on faulty items – this excludes fabric.

Each item is carefully inspected prior to postage, therefore should not arrive faulty. If you believe you item is faulty, please contact us via email at whimsykaleidoscope@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving item.

Fabrics

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to a change in mind or if the fabric was not what you expect. We do offer the option to order fabric swatches, so please ensure you choose your fabrics carefully.

If we send the wrong product please contact us via email and we will make arrangements to replace your fabric.

Please note that due to the nature of digital printing and cotton fibres from time to time there are minor flaws in fabrics. If your fabric is faulty please contact us via email whimsykaleidoscope@gmail.com with an image of the fault.

We do our very best to ensure your fabric is provided in a continuous metre. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control – printing/shipping/fabric flaws, we may not be able to provide you with a continuous metre. If this is the case we communicate this to you prior to shipping your fabric.

We cannot accept exchanges if you have washed fabric, not taken note of the scale, colours or fabric type as a clear photograph and information is provided in the listing.

  • UK & Ireland, Europe (limited countries) – France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland
  • Asia/Pacific – China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore & Sri Lanka

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are extensive delays with international shipping which is beyond our control.
