Australian Shipping & Delivery

All items will be sent by Australia Post, with tracking.

International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Mail. International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination.

Costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

In stock items will be dispatched within 5 – 7 business days.

Please ensure when ordering fabric you take note of the pre order turn around times. Dispatch times for pre order fabric is up to 5 - 10 business days, once it arrives in the studio.

Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping 

We currently ship to following countries – NZ, USA, Canada, UK and parts of Europe & Asia.

Please note that shipping rates are based on weight. International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Mail. International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.

Please note that from time to time there can be delays with international shipping which is beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns for changes of mind so please make your selection carefully.

Refunds are only available on faulty items, this excludes fabric.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via email at whimsykaleidoscope@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving item.

Fabric Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the fabric was not what you expected. We do offer the option to order fabric swatches, so please ensure you choose your fabrics carefully.

We cannot accept exchanges if you have washed your fabric, not taken note of the scale, colour or fabric type.

Fabric Flaws

Please note that due to the nature of digital printing and cotton fibres, from time to time minor flaws may appear in the fabric. We do our very best to check the fabric during the cutting process, if your fabric has a flaw please contact us via email whimsykaleidoscope@gmail.com with an image of the flaw and we can discuss your options.

Colour Variation

Please note that the feel & colour saturation of the same design/substrate may vary if fabrics are from a different production runs. Please note that colour saturation can vary on different fabric bases in the same production run. This is due to the manufacturing process and how the fabrics absorb colour.

If you wish to compare fabric we have sent with a sample, the cost of shipping the sample will be the responsibility of the customer.

Providing Fabric as a Continuous Metre

We do our very best to ensure your fabric is provided in a continuous metre. Due to production processes/fabric flaws, we may not be able to provide you with a continuous metre. If this is the case we will contact you prior to shipping your fabric.
